Evidence and limitations

The figures use one latest saved assessment per unique channel. Risk zones come from the same deterministic cleanliness scoring used in channel reports; ERR is median views divided by subscribers.

The sample is not a census of Telegram. A risk zone is a statistical signal in public data, not proof of purchased engagement. Figures change as channels are checked again.
