TG Inspector assessments are probabilistic. They describe a Telegram channel's public metrics, not its owner's actions.

The 0–100 cleanliness index and A+–F grade are model-based estimates. They are not:

• A legal or expert opinion.
• A statement about the channel owner's actions.
• A guarantee of audience quality or campaign performance.

You make the final advertising decision. TG Inspector is a reference catalog, not a guarantee of results.

TG Inspector is not liable for:

• Decisions made on the basis of a service assessment, including advertising spend.
• Assessment errors caused by limited or unavailable public Telegram data.
• Channel metrics changing after data collection; every page reflects its saved snapshot.
• Telegram or third-party technical failures affecting data collection.

You must not use the website for:

• Unauthorized bulk automated data collection or scraping.
• Automated submission of requests to add channels.
• Discrediting a channel by presenting a probabilistic estimate as proven fact.

Channel pages are published in the catalog on this website. Any visitor can request that a public channel be added through the “Add a channel” form.

Adding is not guaranteed: a request may be declined without explanation, and a channel page may be removed from the catalog. The number of requests is limited, and automated requests are prohibited. We do not explain why a channel was or was not added, do not consult on assessments or metrics, and do not change the index or grade on request: they are calculated automatically from public data. The full rules for adding a channel are on the “Add a channel” page.

A channel owner may request removal through the contact page. Requests are processed within 24 hours without additional conditions.

The catalog and channel pages are free. Credits purchased in the bot earlier remain on the balance. Used credits are non-refundable; unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

TG Inspector may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page. Last updated: September 2026.
